To find out your market value or assessed value:

1. Reference your most recent Notice of Proposed Property Taxes, or
2. Using the Real Property Search, look up your property and navigate to the Values tab.
3. If the property you are moving from is in another Florida county, you will need to contact that county's Property Appraiser to obtain your market value and assessed value.
4. If you are moving into Florida from another state and you would like to estimate your property taxes on a new Martin County property purchase, enter the purchase price for the "New Property" in all 3 fields: Market Value, Assessed Value, and New Property Estimated Market Value.
