Please note that the market value of a property is derived from qualified arm's length sales throughout the year. Market conditions throughout the year may cause the final market value of your property to be higher or lower than what you paid depending on when you purchased the property. In addition, the tax estimator only reflects the ad valorem portion of your tax bill and does not include special assessments/non-ad valorem assessments (i.e. solid waste collection, storm water, drainage districts, water mains or fire protection assessments).
